
Yesterday was Tibetan Independence Day. Shepard (that iconic Obama poster) Fairey created this gorgeous print of the Dalai Lama in recognition of that fact. If I’d had a spare $60 and had got there before they sold out, I would have totally bought one.

You can see every novelty Google logo ever here, although the Popeye one is still the best. I think the 'novelty' logos are waaay overused now - it used to be a surprise to get something different, kind of like the worlds largest in-joke that you were in on, but now it seems pretty rare to get the normal logo. →
